Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
- Children of any age are allowed. 1 child (up to and including 2 years old) stays for free when using available cots
- 1 person (4 years old and over) stays for £10 per child per night when using available extra beds
- The maximum number of extra beds is 1
- The maximum number of cots is 1
- The maximum number of total guests is 2
Deposit Policy:
- No deposit is required for individual bookings but we do take a deposit for group bookings
Cancellation Policy:
- If a guest cancels 10 days or less before their due stay date, the full amount will be charged
- Cancellation before this time will incur no charge
